Customers may return unopened product for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
Returns sent back without prior notification will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Orders are shipped every day, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays, of course). Orders almost always leave our fulfillment center within 1 business days of placing your order.
Transit times vary by service and destination. Please refer to transit times quoted at checkout.
Orders that have yet to ship may be canceled and refunded so that a new order may be placed with the correct items. We are unable to make changes to orders after they are placed. Contact customer service via email at hello@besynchro.com if you need to cancel and refund an unshipped order.
