Shipping and Returns
Orders are shipped every day, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, of course). Orders almost always leave our fulfillment center within 1 business days of placing your order.
We ship to most international locations. Most international shipments arrive within 6-10 business days, but this can vary widely depending on how kind your country's customs agents are. International shipments are often subject to customs/import fees, which vary by country and can delay delivery. You are responsible for any customs/import fees.
To find out what shipping costs will be to your country, please fill in your address when you place an order.
Orders that have yet to ship may be canceled and refunded so that a new order may be placed with the correct items. We are unable to make changes to orders after they are placed. Contact customer service via email at email@example.com if you need to cancel and refund an unshipped order.
(Customer service inquiries are almost always responded to within 24 hours Monday- Friday. If you write during the weekend, it may take longer to hear back from us.)

Customers may return unopened product for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
Returns sent back without prior notification will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
